Just follow these simple steps within 15 days of receiving your order:

 

1)  Be sure to include a copy of the invoice with any items you wish to exchange!

   Lost your invoice? No Problem! Simply log into your account at 5dollarfashions.com,

and click on Review Orders.

 
2)  Ship your items to us at the Address Below.

3) If you have an account, you will receive a store credit on your account for you to use on your next order.

4) If you do not have an account, 5dollarfashions.com will email (to the email provided) you a COUPON CODE for the purchase amount of your items. 

Example: if you exchange 2 items for which you paid $5 each,

we will send you a COUPON CODE for $10.00 OFF your next order!

 

5) Your COUPON CODE will be active for 45 days from the time that we email it. Your store credit is on our account until you use your credit.

5dollarfashions.com fulfills orders for you no matter where you are in the world!

For International Orders, we have just 2 Requirements:

1) Payment must be made by PayPal,

and

2) All orders must be shipped to a U.S. Address.

Many of our international customers use shipping companies based in the United States that provide a U.S. shipping address for the customer.  These companies then forward your package to you at your international address. 

5dollarfashions.com charges regular shipping rates in the U.S., and FREE Shipping for orders over $200.

Please create an account by clicking the "MyAccount/OrderStatus" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country.  **PLEASE NOTE that we ship directly to U.S. addresses (including US territories such as Guam and Puerto Rico), and Canada only.  Please email us with any questions at support@5dollarfashions.com .

 
What are my payment choices?
 

At Checkout you will be offered two options: credit card or PayPal.

Orders placed from outside the United States need to be paid through PayPal.

Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
 

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  

Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

We typically ship all packages within 1 to 2 business days of your order.
